Complaint
Description: On July 5, 2023 Plaintiff was falsely accused of a crime by PO Quentin Howard, PO Tyler Hanson, and Sgt. Ruben Santos, grabbed and handcuffed in an aggressive manner, and taken into custody. Plaintiff remained in custody until on or about July 7, 2023. Plaintiff's charges were ultimately dismissed on February 21, 2024. Plaintiff sustained loss of liberty, emotional distress, humiliation, fear, and intimidation as a result of this incident.
