Description: On April 13, 2020, Plaintiff was driving his car on Pulaski Street when he was pulled over by the Defendant Officers. Defendant Officers asked for Plaintiff's Driver License and registration, to which Plaintiff complied. Plaintiff asked the Defendants, "Why did you stop me?" The Defendants responded, "Because we saw you double parked earlier today." Plaintiff was confused, and respeñded to the Officers, "What? I wasn't double parked."
