Description: On June 1, 2012, Plaintiff placed himself between the front of his car and the back of a tow truck when NYPD Officers Shahid and Abraham grabbed him by the shoulders, struck him on the wrists with a police radio, and dragged him back approximately forty feet. The two officers then flipped Plaintiff over and dropped him hard, face first onto the ground. An officer then placed a knee on Plaintiff's head while another knelt down on Plaintiff's legs. On officer kicked Plaintiff in his left ribs twice. Plaintiff was handcuffed and kicked twice in his left ribs again.
