Complaint
Description: Plaintiff Jack Manno was wrongfully arrested and detained on or about April 30, 2023. On this date, he was a patron at a business located in Staten Island, when he was gang assaulted by seven attackers who were unprovoked. This assault was captured on video. With the manager of the business, he has informed the NYPD about the assault, but police officers ignored the information and arrested him anyway. He was detained for around six hours. All charges against him were dismissed.
