Description: On June 17, 2012, P.O.s John Does 1-2 approached plaintiff in the street, told him to move away from the sidewalk, and proceeded to arrest him without cause. On July 5, 2012, officers approached plaintiff in the street and ordered him to stand against a wall. When plaintiff asked why, John Doe 3 threw plaintiff to the ground, handcuffed him tightly, and placed his knee in plaintiff's back, causing him difficulty to breathe. Plaintiff was then taken to the precinct and released hours later without charge.
