Description: On or about January 15, 2013, Plaintiffs Gene Colon and Paul Colon were in the vicinity of Jerome Ave. and West Mount Eden Ave. in the Bronx when they were approached by NYPD officers, accosted, and arrested without probable cause. The NYPD pointed a firearm at Paul Colon and then immediately placed him under arrest. Shortly thereafter, the NYPD struck Gene Colon in the face multiple times, threw him to the ground, and then immediately placed him under arrest.
