Description: On February 15, 2023, in the vicinity of 919 East 163rd Street, plaintiff was wrongfully stopped, grabbed, searched, handcuffed, assaulted, battered and detained in an agressive and excessive way by defendant officers Sandor Burgos, Peter Delaney, Trevor Singh, Enzo Morello, Lieutenant Jose Garcia and others. As a result plaintiff was rendered sick, injured and disabled and remains so. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and thereafter suffered abuse of process and was maliciously prosecuted plaintiff based on fraud, perjury and misrepresentation.
