Complaint
Description: On June 29, 2014, Plaintiff was in the lobby of his girlfriend and mother's apartment building when NYPD members approached him, tackled him to the ground, tasered him, choked him, and assaulted him with a baton and otherwise. Plaintiff had to be taken to the hospital for treatment and for the taser points to be removed. Plaintiff was denied access to his inhaler and allergy medications. Plaintiff was held in jail for approximately 24 hours. Plaintiff suffered a large scar to his left shoulder, pain, bruises, scars, and back pain, as well as great emotional injuries.
