Description: On April 25, 2011 POs John Does 1-2 unlawfully entered Plaintiffs' residence and proceeded to break down a door, shatter glass, and use offensive and abusive language toward Plaintiffs. POs did not have a warrant, privilege, or consent to enter to premises, not were Plaintiffs engaged in any illegal activity. On May 27, 2011 PO "FNU" Chu arrived at Plaintiffs' residence and verbally threated Plaintiff Korn, specifically indicated PO Chu would create problems for Plaintiff Korn if Plaintiff Korn continued his complaints regarding the unlawful April 25, 2011 intrusion.
