Description: Defendant Officers entered Plaintiff's home without a warrant, searched it, and Officer Kroski assaulted Plaintiff, including pinning her on the ground, punching her in the face, and choking her. Plaintiff, who has cancer and heart conditions, was handcuffed, denied medical attention, and taken to the 25th precinct. Much later Plaintiff was taken to the hospital, shackled to the bed where she spent 10 days, then released with a ticket for 150.20 Assault in the Second Degree, which was later dismissed and sealed. 23 days later, Officer Mcnamara entered Plaintiff's apartment without a warrant, arrested her, again had to take her to the hospital, then charged her with 195.05 Obstructing Governmental Administrati...

Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants began banging on the door of the plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff's brother opened the door and defendants forced their way into the apartment. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and dragged plaintiff into the kitchen of her apartment. Plaintiff's bedroom was then searched without permission or authority. Defendant Bliss then demanded to know where Plaintiff's babies were located. Plaintiff stated that she did not have any babies. Plaintiff was then arrested, handcuffed and transported to the 25th precinct. All charges brought against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
