Description: On March 14, 2010, Plaintiff was walking when four NYPD officers surrounded him. Plaintiff complied with their improper request to search him. Despite finding no evidence of illegal activity, Plaintiff was cuffed against a wall and then taken to a precinct. There Plaintiff was given a desk ticket for disorderly conduct falsely prepared by Defendant Officer Joseph Milazzo. Plaintiff was required to attend court multiple times before the charges were dismissed on June 11, 2011.
