Description: On February 6, 2020 NYPD officers entered the home of the 3 plaintiffs in this matter. Two unidentified officers, for no apparent reason, forcefully brought the first plaintiff to the ground and placed him in overly tightened handcuffs, and he kneed him in the back. The officers continued to inflict pain after plaintiff informed them of medical condition and plaintiff's wife, the second plaintiff, implored them to stop. He now requires pain management sessions for his back and knee. His wife, the second plaintiff, was asleep in bed when the unidentified male officers entered her bedroom with guns drawn.
