Description: On May 16, 2012, Plaintiff was outside the home she shared with her mother on Bristol Street, Brooklyn. Plaintiff was standing on the stoop talking with a friend and waiting for her mother to return from work.
At approximately 6 pm, several officers including Defendant Officer Alexander Shimin and Joe Does 1-3 approached Plaintiff and asked her what she was doing. Plaintiff explained she lived there.
