Description: On May 30, 2020, plaintiff was playing guitar with other musicians in a park when a group of protestors arrived in the park. The protestors were aggressively shouting at plaintiff so plaintiff shouted back and left the park. Plaintiff then got in a dispute with more protestors outside the park. Captain Christopher Treubig approached plaintiff from behind, grabbed plaintiff, and punched him in the head. Lt. Paul Jurgens, P.O. Terence Williams, P.O. Paul Rivera, and P.O. Stephen Cambria arrived at the scene and forced plaintiff to the ground.
