Complaint
Description: On September 12, 2011, Officer Pabon and Officer Hankerson, along with several other police officers of unknown identity, entered Plaintiff's home without consent or a warrant, where they beat and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was punched, pushed, slammed to the ground, and handcuffed in his home during this arrest. At no point did Plaintiff resist arrest. Plaintiff was not informed of his Miranda rights after his arrest, and was taken to Bellevue Hospital on the evening of September 12, 2011 (following his arrest) for psychiatric evaluation because he was refusing to speak with police.
