Complaint
Description: Plaintiff dialed 911 and asked for an ambulance to assist with her son who was in the apartment and needed medical attention. Defendant Officers arrived and Plaintiff and her son asked where the ambulance was. In response, Defendant Officers pushed Plaintiffs son and Plaintiff began recording the interaction. Plaintiff was then handcuffed, arrested, and taken to a precinct where she was charged with was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Charges were ACD'd.
