Description: On November 24, 2019 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Plaintiffs were walking in the area of Lexington Avenue between East 109th Street and East 110th Street. At that time, numerous NYPD Officers, in both plain clothes and in uniform, including, upon information and belief, defendants Elliott and Casianohidalgo, converged upon Plaintiffs and began asking them questions about a fight. Plaintiffs informed them they had no information to provide on the subject. instead of letting plaintiffs go about their day, the defendant officers physically accosted plaintiffs. Plaintiff Alston was thrown to the ground by one or more officers, and Plaintiff Peterson was thrown against a metal fence by one or more officers.
