Description: On November 8, 2013, Plaintiff Patrick Braithewaite was arrested at the Jay Street Subway station by Officer Lee Chau Wai when he objected at another person cutting him in line at the metro card purchase machine. Plaintiff alleges that the other party who cut him in line screamed and shouted and was otherwise disorderly when Plaintiff was not. Plaintiff's complaint alleges false arrest and malicious prosecution. Charges were later dropped against Plaintiff.
