Description: On January 7, 2011 Plaintiff was in the process of checking out at a corner store when two unspecified POs approached and ordered Plaintiff to exit without cause or provocation. POs then grabbed Plaintiff and physically escorted him out of the store. POs then shoved Plaintiff against the side of a building, forced Plaintiff to spread his legs, and illegally frisked Plaintiff all over his body. Nothing illegal was recovered but POs nevertheless transported Plaintiff to the 83rd Precinct.
