Description: On or about March 16, 2012, Plaintiff was walking with his friend on the street. Defendants approached Plaintiff and his friend, grabbed Plaintiff from behind, and proceeded to arrest him. Plaintiff informed Defendants that he did not do anything but was ignored. Plaintiff further informed Defendants that his shoulder/arm was injured, but Defendants nevertheless stretched it back, producing pain and injury. Plaintiff was fingerprinted, searched, and processed while being held for approximately forty-one hours. On March 18, 2012, Plaintiff was released. Plaintiff was prosecuted to pressure his friend to plead guilty. After approximately seven appearances in court, all charges were dismissed against Plaintiff.
