Description: On or about November 29, 2016, plaintiff was stopped by NYPD officers Hans Arias, Zito, and Pisano because they believed that he matched the description of a suspect in an armed robbery. Officer Pisano punched plaintiff in the face and Officer Zito tackled plaintiff and sprayed him in the face with pepper spray. The officers then arrested plaintiff.
