Description: On May 6, 2012, plaintiff was lawfully present at 2 Penn Plaza, NY, NY, when defendants stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, and arrested plaintiff. Defendants were repeatedly told plaintiff was not the perpetrator of the crime they alleged. Plaintiff complied with defendants orders. Defendants handcuffed, arrested, transported plaintiff to the 14th Precinct, and placed him in a holding cell. Defendants falsely communicated to the NY DA that plaintiff had committed a crime, and provided the DA with false evidence. On May 7, 2012, plaintiff was transported to Manhattan Central Booking.
