Defendant NYPD Officers knocked on her door, and when she answered, they arrested her and handcuffed her on allegations of violating an order of protection. Officers were sent there by their supervisor, defendant NYPD Detective Justin Solomon, who was responding to a complaint from plaintiff's ex-girlfriend.
