Description: On May 15, 2013 at 6:30AM, Police Officers Joshua Winters, Joseph D'Ambra, and seven (7) unknown officers forcibly entered the Plaintiff's home. The Plaintiff and his family were asleep at the time when the door was broken down. The police brandished guns and pointed them at the Plaintiff and his family.
