Description: On September 7, 2017 Plaintiff voluntarily let POs Richard Leslie and John Doe into his apartment to discuss recent problems with his adult daughter Chelsea Dirden. Ms. Dirden had previously threatened Plaintiff's life, broken his personal possessions, and spit on Plaintiff while she resided with him earlier in the year. Due to her actions, Plaintiff had an order of protection, which among other items required Ms. Dirden to be accompanied by officers when removing her personal belongings. On or about August 2, 2017 Ms. Dirden entered Plaintiff's home with 2 POs to retrieve her personal belongings.
