Watson")'s home and arrested, searched, and battered, E. Watson in the presence of A. Watson - E. Watson's spouse. The officers pretended that they had a justifiable cause to charge E. Watson a crime that he did not commit. The officers also threatened E. Watsons to get false confessions by accusing him of the above crime despite officers' knowledge of his innocence.
