Description: On October 9, 2011 at approximately 8:30 PM, defendant officers Leon Pedigo, Eric Nolan, "JOHN DOE", and JANE DOE" arrested plaintiff Derrick Henriques without probable cause and/or justification. Plaintiff has just left his father's apartment and was talking to friends outside when defendant officers approached plaintiff and ordered plaintiff to sit on the floor. At the time the officers approached plaintiff he was not engaged in any wrongdoing, unlawful, illegal, or suspicious activity. Plaintiff sat on the floor for half an hour before the defendant officers decided to handcuff plaintiff, despite the absence of evidence of wrongdoing.
