Description: On September 9, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully present and doing nothing illegal, improper, or acting suspicious in anyway. Despite having no arrest warrant, probable cause, or legal justification Defendant NYPD Officers Hilmee Kassim, Hector Rodriguez, Joan Cordero, Kevin Crosby, and John Doe and John Roe stopped and frisked Plaintiff solely due to his race. The Defendant Officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and maliciously prosecuted with a crime. Plaintiff was required to make numerous court appearances until all charges against him were terminated favorably.

The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes such as resisting arrest, inciting a riot and unlawful assembly and assaulted and battered the plaintiff. Description: On June 7, 2019, Plaintiff ADELAIDE BROWN was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants NYPD Officer Robert Greco, NYPD Officer Emmanuel Guerrero, NYPD Officer Hector Rodriguez, NYPD Officer Kevin Crosby, NYPD Officer John Doe, and NYPD Officer John Roe. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants without cause or justification. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were dropped in Plaintiff's favor. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
