Description: On December 5, 2019, at plaintiff's residence located at 2177 East 21st Street, Brooklyn, NY, NYPD officers including Officer Chun Yu forcibly entered plaintiff's residence, without a warrant and without permission or consent and without any legal justification. After entering the plaintiff's residence, the officers physically seized plaintiff, pointed weapons at him, forced him to the ground, applied handcuffs to him, and searched his residence without his permission or consent.
