Description: On March 4 2021, NYPD Officer Juan Rodriguez and John Does requested the Plaintiff to turn herself into 43rd Precinct where she was unlawfully detained. She was placed in handcuffs and falsely arrested before being transported to the Precinct by Officers. The Officers provided the DA with false information and initiated a malicious prosecution against the Plaintiff. All charges were later dismissed in favor of the Plaintiff.

Description: On November 17, 2015, in the Bronx, Plaintiff ANDRE SOUCHET arranged for his voluntary surrender regarding an arrest warrant and met with NYPD officers at a nearby gas station, where he was searched and handcuffed, taken in for questioning, thereafter left in an interrogation room for approximately five (5) hours before being questioned, all while Defendant RODRIGUEZ and DOES(S) #1 through #5 coerced the complainmg witness to falsely identify Mr. Souchet as the perpetrator by conducting an impermissibly suggestive photo array and police lineup. Given the foregoing deception, the subsequent charges filed against Plaintiff, including for robbery and assault,as they related to Mr. Souchet, are lies.
