Description: On or about July 29, 2011, NYPD Members Detective Timothy Villani and SDS Frank Libretto placed Plaintiff in imminent fear of a harmful or offensive physical contact by approaching Plaintiff with their loaded firearms and/or other objects which they used to physically seize, strike, and/or restrain him. Defendants then arrested Plaintiff, and brought Plaintiff to Central Booking where he was charged and prosecuted with crimes that he was innocent of. The said prosecution continued until on or about May 8, 2012 when all charges against Plaintiff was dismissed.
