Description: On May 16, 2018 Plaintiff was lawfully inside a restaurant waiting for her husband to eat lunch with. Plaintiff was approached by an employee who told her to leave. Plaintiff explained she was waiting for her husband but the employee and other employees still directed her to leave on the basis of her perceived race.
