Description: On April 8, 2020, in the vicinity of Longwood Avenue and Dawson Street, defendant POs approached plaintiff for no reason, and stopped searched, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was arrested and remained for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until charges against him were terminated favorably.
