Description: On June 1, 2011, while Plaintiff was standing on the street, he was falsely arrested. He was then taken to the precinct, where he was searched, assaulted, and battered by the several Defendant NYPD officers, including POs Sivori, Katinas, and Thompson. Plaintiff was then wrongfully and maliciously accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Plaintiff had not committed any illegal acts and all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
