Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers stopped Plaintiff while he was walking to a van with his wife and friends. Defendant Officers said that they smelled marijuana, handcuffed Plaintiff and searched his van, damaging property in the process. Defendant Officers assaulted and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to PSA 1 and charged with consuming alcohol in a public place and resisting arrest.
