Description: On November 27, 2016, at approximately 5:00pm, Plaintiff Claude Roberts was at home in his property located at 107-12 104th Street in Ozone Park, Queens, NY when a former tenant, Coretta Cornell, who had occupied the second-floor apartment of his building, arrived with NYPD Officer MATTHEW HAMMOND claiming that Plaintiff had unlawfully locked her out. Plaintiff produced documents showing that Cornell had been lawfully evicted and that Cornell's attempts to resume occupation of the apartment had been denied by the courts.
