Complaint
Description: On January 1, 2019, Plaintiff was arrested by New York City Police Officer Daniel Gangale without a warrant or probable cause. During the arrest, Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by Gangale and other NYPD officers, suffering both physical and psychological injuries. Plaintiff was detained until January 10, 2019, and subsequently prosecuted on criminal charges, which were later dismissed in Plaintiff's favor on July 15, 2019.
