Description: On April 13, 2019 at 1:30 AM, Plaintiff Ritishea Zied was near Marion Avenue and East 187th Street, Bronx, when Defendants Officer Robert Wichers, Officer John Doe, Officer John Roe, Sergeant Bryan Ortiz, Officer Jonathan Gonzalez, Officer Yvonne Rosario, Officer Yaowen Liu, Officer Michael O'Connor, Officer Edin Bacovic, Officer Chad Kirk and Officer Tatiana Latorre summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, handcuffed, assaulted, battered, and detained him using excessive force. Plaintiff was taken to an unidentified precinct and to the Bronx Criminal Courthouse.
