Description: On February 24, 2015, at the 23rd Precinct, PF was suddenly and without warning detained, questioned and held within the custody of Police Officers who unlawfully and without justification arrested PF against her will and without probable cause. PF was handcuffed and placed in a cell in the Precinct where she did not receive any food and was not permitted to make any phone calls. PF was then handcuffed and placed in a van with others and transported to Central Booking where PF was searched and placed in a cell with others.
