Description: On October 7, 2010, Plaintiff was arrested without cause. Plaintiff went to go visit his friend, and as he was climbing the stairs to his friends’ residence was arrested. He was then subject to an illegal search, and then was taken to the precinct where he was strip searched. Plaintiff was threatened by the officers to give them what was in his “f****g a**” or that they would take it by force.
