Description: As Plaintiff was reparking his car in front of a local movie theater, Defendant Officers stopped Plaintiff in his vehicle and claimed that vehicle's windows were too dark. Defendant Officer Moultry said he was going to write a ticket for the windows, yet after 15 minutes of Defendant Officers and Plaintiff sitting in their respective cars, Defendant Officer Moultry claimed Plaintiff was under arrest and other Defendant Officers arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to the 20th Precinct and later charged with 190.25 criminal impersonations in the second degree. After approximately six court dates, Plaintiffs case was dismissed and sealed.
