Description: On March 2, 2014, the plaintiff visited a friend at the friend's apartment in the Bronx. After spending a few hours at the apartment, the plaintiff left the residence and began descending the building's stairs when the plaintiff encountered the defendant NYPD officers. Without legal justification, the officers stopped the plaintiff and frisked him over his clothing, touching all areas of his body.
