Description: On March 31, 2010, Plaintiff was inside his bedroom at home. Four police officers broke down both the outside door to the building and the door leading into Plaintiff’s apartment and came charging through the door. The officers, including Detective Murnane, struck Plaintiff in the face and took him down to his knees. Once on his knees, the officers continued to strike him and eventually maced him. He was handcuffed face down on the floor. Officer Murnane continued to strike him until another defendant officer told him to stop. Eventually, the officers escorted Plaintiff outside the home. He was placed in the front of the house for at least thirty minutes while several officers searched the home. No illegal subs...
