Description: On or about August 22, 2017, Defendants, Schulz, Garneau, and Richards (hereinafter collectively "Defendants") (employees of New York City and NYPD), without just cause or provocation accused Plaintiff of having committed Assault in the Second Degree. Defendants placed Plaintiff under arrest without just cause or provocation and with reckless and negligent disregard for the truth. In the vicinity of 31-49 98th Street in Queens County, Defendants Schulz, Garneau, and Richards, along with other New York City police officers, wrongfully touched, grabbed, pushed, punched, kicked, tripped, handcuffed, and seized Plaintiff in an excessive manner about his person, causing Plaintiff physical pain and mental suffering....
