Complaint
Description: On October 6, 2022, plaintiff was arrested on the northeast corner of Hegeman Street and Osborne Street in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. Defendant NYPD officers Blot and Turner initially informed plaintiff he was involved in an assault. Defendant Blot claimed plaintiff had been driving recklessly and harassing the another individual. After being taken to the 73rd precinct, plaintiff was aggressively slammed against the gate during processing, injuring his wrist.
