Description: On March 20, 2022, Plaintiff was sitting in the passenger seat of his vehicle in the parking lot located in Manhattan, waiting for his wife to come out of Target when defendants police officer, including STEVEN CRUZ, PAUL SCLAFANI and other unknown officer asked Plaintiff to move the vehicle. Plaintiff exited the vehicle and began to walk around to the driver's side to comply with the officers' request when Defendants began to assault the plaintiff. No less than welve (12) defendant officers then tackled the plaintiff to the ground, punching and kicking him.
