Description: On or about December 31, 2011, Plaintiff was handcuffed and unlawfully arrested by Defendant NYPD officers including PO Vincent Pinto and PO Mark Nicoletti. In the course of the unlawful arrest, the officers utilized excessive, unnecessary, and brutal force such as grabbing Plaintiff's neck, throwing her to the floor, striking her face and body, and spraying mace in her face.
