Complaint
Description: On October 27, 2016, Stanley Hines was unlawfully detained by NYPD officers, including Alicia Commisso and Patrick Nozdrovicky, at 167-02 Baisley Boulevard in Queens. The officers were executing a search warrant at a different location but wrongfully accused Hines of possessing illegal firearms. Officer Commisso allegedly fabricated evidence, claiming she had seen Hines leaving the site of the warrant and that he admitted to living there. As a result, Hines was held in custody for nearly two weeks at the Veronica C. Bain Correctional Center before all charges against him were dismissed on January 15, 2019.
