Description: On May 25, 2021, Plaintiff was present at a protest against police brutality and misconduct where he addressed the crowd and read civil rights violation complaints against various officers including Sergeant Sean Aman. After, four officers surrounded Plaintiff, one grabbed his arm and said "help me get this guy," and the other three then also grabbed him. Officers forced Plaintiff into an unmarked van then transported him to the precinct where Sergeant Aman met them outside to remove Plaintiff from the van and bring him into the building. Description: On July 6, 2013, plaintiff was in Times Square and stopped to buy water from a vendor. While there, he asked a bystander for a light for a smoke, and then proceeded to smoke a cigarette. He begun to walk away when P.O. Daniel Fitzpatrick and Sgt. Kenneth Monahan approached and placed him up against the wall and begun to pat him down. They handcuffed him, and told plaintiff to "shut the fuck up, you know what you did" when he asked what was happening. A black unmarked police van pulled up and plaintiff was arrested and taken to the precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff again asked what he was being arrested for and P.O.
