Description: On April 25, 2020 Officer Kyle Kelly reversed toward Tahir Bey in an unmarked SVA causing Mr. Bey to fall off his motorcycle. Officer Kelly exited the vehicle pointed and said "stay down." Officer Kelly then handcuffed Mr. Bey without reading his rights and conducted a search without Mr. Bey's consent. Mr. Bey was charged with at least criminal possession of a firearm in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and reckless driving.
